How to manage or update your Loaded subscription

  • You'll need to be the owner of the Loaded account to be able to manage your subscription. If you are not listed as the owner you'll need to ask whoever is the current owner to transfer ownership to you.

  • If you are a multi-site operator your subscription will include all companies within your group . If you are wanting to split out the payments for these of these separately you'll need to assign separate owners to each venue.

      1. To access this click on your account icon, Account, and then Manage Subscription

      2. Here you can select either the monthly or yearly payment plan by clicking on Annualy or Monthly

        Please note: If this is your first time signing on with Loaded following your 30-day trial you need to select one of the two options before adding your credit card details.

      3. Enter your card details in the following pop-up and click Update

        This information will be saved and depending on which plan you select your credit card will be automatically charged at the start of each new period. You can change and manage the details of your subscription whenever necessary.

Your invoices can be found at the bottom of the page. You can click Download for a PDF version of any invoice.
