My Swiftpos POS clocks are not coming through to Loaded

What we've noticed with SwiftPOS is that sometimes staff clocks need to be "approved" or "committed" on the SwiftPOS end in order to show up in the back office suite and therefore be pulled through to Loaded. Therefore, once these employees have clocked in/out once, you may need to try "committing" the shifts from the till to the Swiftpos Back Office. This should allow the shifts to come through to Loaded.
