If you've been using our older Timeclock on either Windows or Android (which looks like this or this), we recommend deleting it from your device(s) before installing our new Timeclock app.

Installing the Loaded Timeclock app
Click here to install the Timeclock app on your device. Don't worry, there are handy on-screen instructions included, it's super easy!
Our Timeclock app will work on any device with a web browser, which means it'll run across Windows, macOS, iPads, and Android tablets. It's a web application, so you don't even need to head to an App Store or worry about any updates.

Logging into the Timeclock app
Once you've completed the install or opened the Timeclock in a browser, you can log in using your Loaded website username and password.
After logging in, select the company you want to connect to.
Using the Timeclock app
Once logged in and the company is selected, you'll see a list of staff members on the left side of the screen.
Selecting any staff member will let you clock in, start a break, end a break, or clock out.
To refresh the list of staff members and all of their information, simply pull down from the top of the list on the left side of the screen. When you release, the list will update.
The button in the top right corner will show you a settings menu. Here, you can log out of the Timeclock or switch to dark mode.

What should I do if my Loaded login doesn't work for the Timeclock?
- Double-check your username and password (we know this sounds obvious, but it's easy to mis-type and get these wrong!).
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, just use the "Forgot Password" option on the Loaded website to reset it. You'll receive an email shortly after, with a prompt.
What should I do if the clock in, start break, end break, or clock out actions aren't responding?
- Refresh the app by logging out and back in again (this sorts a surprising number of issues!).
- Ensure the app is displaying up-to-date information by tapping, holding and dragging the staff list down the page before letting go, or by refreshing your browser.
- The app needs the internet to run, so you may need to check your connection. An easy way to do this is see if you can open other web pages (e.g. www.google.com or Facebook).
Using your POS as your Timeclock
With some integrated point of sale systems, you can use their timeclock feature and have it sync to Loaded.
For us to import the data correctly, all of your staff will have to be entered into your point of sale, then added into Loaded and linked for each staff member's clock data.
If you staff clock in and out via your POS, it won't be possible for staff members to work across multiple Loaded roles. For more about how your POS provider's timeclock setup and functionality works, please contact them - they'll be best placed to help!
