You need the Manager's permission to invite new users to your organization. If you can't invite users, ask someone with Manager's permission to update your user permissions.

This article is for those wishing to add a new user who can access and use Loaded, it does not explain how to add an employee. Employees do not need to be added as a Loaded user to clock in and out or to be added to the roster.

You can add as many users as you like but they won't be able to use Loaded until they have accepted their invitation.

If you have multiple Loaded companies, you need to invite the user to each company separately.

Click on your name located in the top right-hand corner of your screen and click account

Click on manage users on the right-hand side of your company

Click on Invite new user

Fill in the name and the email address of the person and click Send invite

The new user will be sent an email with a link to click to accept the invite. They have seven days to click the link before the invite expires. At this point, their pending invite will disappear from the manage users page. Simply send them a new invite if you would still like them to become a user.

Once the user clicks the link in the invite they have been sent, they will be prompted to enter all of their details and once submitted they will have access to your company.
