- You need Time permission to view and edit the timeclock and Payroll permission to be able to view payrates. If you don't have access to this module, ask someone with Managers permission to update your user permissions
This feature allows you to add staff members shifts without using the POS clock in/out or loaded time clock App.

Click on Time, Timeclock and then Staff Clocks

Click on the blue Add Clock button

Select the appropriate staff member name from the Staff dropbox

Their default role will pop up in the Role dropbox if you would like to change this click on the down arrow and select the appropriate role

Click on the Start box and select the appropriate start date and time for the shift

Click on the End box and select the appropriate end date and time for the shift

Then click the blue Add Clock button
