You need Time permission to view and edit the roster and Payroll permission to be able to view payrates. If you don't have access to this module, ask someone with Managers permission to update your user permissions.

You need to setup your staff roles and staff before you are able to roster in Loaded.
To access, go to Time, Roster, then Edit Roster
Costing a Roster:
As you add shifts you will notice your total cost will adjust in the lower left hand side of the screen. It will also update your staffing ratio and the total hours rostered. Your staffing ratio is a wage cost as a percentage of budgeted sales (excl. GST)
There are also two tools you can use in the roster function to help you cost your roster correctly to meet your wage cost targets. In the bottom right hand corner of the roster template you’ll see two buttons called Analyse & Visualise
Analyse:
This tool breaks down your wage cost, total hours, budgeted sales and staffing ratio for each day so you can see how your cost is spread across the week, as you make edits to shifts you will see how that impacts your expense and can rework things until your staffing ratio is inline with your targets.
You can also use the role filter if there are role/s where you would specifically like to check their specific cost and hours.
Visualise:
This tools maps last weeks orders trends (Via the line graph) against your wage cost (Via the bar graph). Ideally, the trend of your orders should match the trend of your wage cost. You can also use the role filter if there is role/s where you would specifically like to check their cost trend versus last weeks orders.
