How to navigate the roster overview page

You need Time permission to view this report and Managers permission to be able to view pay rates. If you don't have access to this module, ask someone with Managers permission to update your user permissions.
The roster overview page is a great place to get a quick snapshot into how your actual wage spend compares to your rostered spend.
You won't have information on the roster overview page if you are not yet building your rosters in loaded or using the timeclock for clocking in and out.

To access, click Time and then Roster, Overview.

The top graph shows your actual wage cost versus your rostered cost each day, you can see the dollar values associated with this by hovering over the bars with the cursor of your mouse.
Below that is an hours and dollar comparison between your actual wage cost and your budgeted (rostered) wage cost.
The rostered cost by role report shows which roles contribute most to your wage cost as a percentage of your total cost.
The staff cost by day report is a cost variance report between your actual wage expense and your rostered wage cost.
