Your data sync will need to be running and connected to the internet on your server computer in order for information to show in this report.

In order to get the most out of this report, it will be helpful if you have created a budget in Loaded.

To access head to Reports then Revenue.
Overview

The Orders graph breaks down the number of orders processed across each half hour. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over the bar with your cursor.

Below that are dollar totals for orders, sales, your budget, number of transactions and average sale value that have been processed so far today. In order to dig deeper into any of these values, you can click on the total and you'll be brought further into the days reports.

The top staff orders list shows which staff accounts on your tills are processing the most orders, it'll show you this information in dollar value and as a percentage of total orders placed.

The Item Category Orders shows you how your orders are split across the different categories from your tills, displayed as a percentage of total orders placed. You can quickly see the dollar value associated with each portion of the pie chart by hovering over it with your cursor.
Orders
Orders are the total amount of purchases before discounts, voids and outstanding Tabs. For example, if there is a $250 table still dining, it will show in orders but not sales.

In day view, you can hover over the bars on the Orders graph to see a total dollar value of orders placed in each half-hour period.

You can view the details of these orders by clicking on the half hour period you are interested in, this will show you the items ordered and the associated cost. You can then click on each individual order to see further details.

In the week or month view, the bars will reflect daily orders rather than half hourly.
Sales
Sales are all the tenders you have received, including all cash sales, and Tabs that have been paid, after discounts and voids have been applied.

In day view, you can use your cursor to hover over the bars on the Sales graph to see a dollar value of sales processed in each half-hour period.

You can view the details of these sales by clicking on the half hour period you are interested in, this will show you the items sold and the associated cost. You can then click on each individual sale to see further details.

In the week or month view, the bars will reflect daily sales rather than half hourly.
Transactions

In day view, you can use your cursor to hover over the bars on the Transactions graph to see the number of transactions processed across each half-hour period.

Under the graph each half-hour period will be broken down to display the number of transactions and the average transaction value.

In the week or month view, each day's total transactions will be displayed instead.
Average Spend

In day view, you can use your cursor to hover over the bars on the Average Spend graph to see the average transaction value across each half-hour period.

Under the graph each half-hour period will be broken down to display the total sales value, a number of transactions and the average transaction value.

In the week or month view, each days average spend will be displayed instead.
Budget VS. Actual

This report shows you your budget tracking for the day, week or month. The dark blue bar shows your actual sales value, and the light blue bar shows your budgeted sales value. You can use your cursor to hover over the bars to see the dollar values associated with these.

Under the graph, each day is mapped out to show to actual sales value, budgeted sales value, and the difference between the two in both a dollar figure and percentage.

You can click on the day to see the same data mapped out by individual days of the week.
Food VS. Beverage

This report will map your food and beverage purchases against one another. The dark blue bar shows your food orders, and the light blue bar shows your beverage orders. You can use your cursor to hover over the bars to see the dollar values associated with these.

Under the graph, each day is mapped out to show the total for each category, in both dollar values and as a percentage of total orders. Below this will be a total for the week as a whole.
Tables (For Bepoz, Swiftpos & Wizbang customers only)
- This report maps the number of tabs/tables opened against the number of sales & customer on those tables to give you your average sales per head/customer figure.
