Your data importer will need to be running and connected to the internet on your server computer in order for information to show in this report.

In order to get the most out of this report, it will be helpful if you have set up individual staff log ins for each staff member on your tills.
- The staff cost page in this report will only provide data if you are using the timeclock function in Loaded.

Overview

The invoices by staff pie chart breaks down the total number of orders processed by each staff member as a percentage of all orders placed. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over any section with you cursor.

Below that are dollar totals for sales, discounts, staff cost and voids that have been processed so far today. In order to dig deeper into any of these values you can click on the total and you'll be brought further into the days reports.

The top staff orders list shows which staff accounts on your tills are processing the most orders, it'll show you this information in dollar value and as a percentage of total orders placed.

The staff cost ratio chart, shows you your staff cost as a percentage of total sales made. You can quickly see the dollar value associated with each portion of the pie chart by hovering over it with your cursor.
Orders
Orders are the total amount of purchases before discounts, voids and outstanding TABs. For example, if there is a $250 table still dining, it will show in orders but not sales.

This report shows the total number of orders placed by each staff member. The pie chart shows you this as a percentage of total orders placed, to see the dollar value associated with this, hover over any section of the graph with your cursor.

Below that, each staff member will be listed to show orders as a dollar figure, percentage of total, number of transactions processed and average transaction value. This enables you to identify the staff who are creating the most efficiency for your business.

To drill down further into each staff members results, click on their name (in blue) and their half-hourly orders will show, you can hover over the bar graphs to see the dollar value associated with each half hour or click on the half hour period you're interested in to get more information on products ordered.
Sales
Sales are all the tenders you have received, including all cash sales, and TABs that have been paid, after discounts and voids and been applied.

This report shows the total number of sales processed by each staff member. The pie chart shows you this as a percentage of total sales made, to see the dollar value associated with this, hover over any section of the graph with your cursor.

Below that, each staff member will be listed to show sales as a dollar figure, percentage of total, number of transactions processed and average transaction value. This enables you to identify the staff who are creating the most efficiency for your business.

To drill down further into each staff members results, click on their name (in blue) and their half hourly sales will show, you can hover over the bar graphs to see the dollar value associated with each half hour or click on the half hour period you're interested in to get more information on products sold.
Items & Item Groups
These reports break down which of your staff are selling the most/least of specific menu items and which categories/item groups these products come from.

Below that each staff member will be listed to show the top item sold/category sold from, the number of items ordered and the dollar value associated with that.

You can dig deeper into this by clicking on a specific staff members name (in blue), this will break down each menu item/item group and detail how many times this staff member processed orders for this, how much that is in dollars and a percentage of all orders.
Staff Cost

The staff cost reports give you a visual representation of your staffing costs over the day, week or month. The below example is the actual staff cost per half hour over one day, the data is drawn from staff ‘clocking in and out’ using Loaded.

You can see the dollar value associated with each half-hour period by hovering over the bar with your cursor.

Below this you can see the total cost for each staff member as well as a total for the day.
Discounts
This report shows you exactly which discounts are being used, by which staff members and at what times.

The discount amount by type graph shows a breakdown of which discounts have been used as a percentage of total discounts used. You can see the dollar value associated by this by hovering over any section with your cursor.

Below that each staff member will be listed to show the top discount type used, the dollar value associated with this and the number of transactions discounts were applied to.

You can dig deeper into this by clicking on a specific staff members name (in blue), this will break down each discount type and the dollar value associated with the discounts and sales value.
Voids
The voids report displays all the transactions which were voided off the tills and which staff members processed them.

The voids by reason chart breaks down each reason your staff members have used when voiding items from tills, these will be shown as a percentage of total voids. To see the dollar value associated with these you can hover over any section using your cursor.

Below that, each staff member will be listed to show the top void reason used, the dollar amount voided, the number of items voided, and the dollar and quantity marked as wastage.

You can dig deeper by clicking on the staff members name (in blue). This will give you the quantity and dollar figure of voided and wasted items processed under this staff members account on the tills.
