Your data importer will need to be running and connected to the internet on your server computer in order for information to show in this report.

In order to get the most out of this report, you'll need to be completing cash ups in Loaded.

To access head to Reports and Reconciliation.
Overview

The reconciliation bar graph shows the total variance of all tender types for the period selected. To see a dollar value associated with this, hover over the bar graph with your cursor.

Below that, are dollar totals for total variance, cash variance, cash income, other income and total income for the selected period. In order to dig deeper into any of these values you can click on the total and you'll be brought further into the reports.

The total tender types report shows each tender type used, the dollar value associated with this and the value as a percentage of total income.

Finally, the cash vs. non-cash chart breaks down the number of cash & non-cash tenders used as a percentage of total income. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over any section with your cursor.

The tenders chart shows the tender types used as a percentage of total income. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over any section with your cursor.

Below that, each tender type is listed and shows the dollar amount and percentage of the total associated with this.

You can look deeper into this by clicking on the tender name. This will show a half hour breakdown of all tenders used. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over the bars with your cursor. Each half hour period will be listed below to show the dollar value and percentage of total associated with this.
Cashups

The cash ups chart breaks down the tender types used as a percentage of total income. You can see the dollar value associated with this by hovering over any section with your cursor.

Below that, your cash up data for the day will be displayed, highlighting each tender type used, the calculated amount, the actual amount and variance of income for the period selected.

Finally, there will be a total for the period selected at the bottom of the page.
