You need Managers' permission to invite new users to your organization. If you can't invite users, ask someone with Managers' permission to update your user permissions.
- You can add as many users as you like but they won't be able to use Loaded until they have accepted their email invitation.

If you have multiple Loaded companies, you need to invite the user to each company separately, they will then be able to view all companies from one account.
OK Let's get started;

Click on the person icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen and click account
- Click on manage users on the right-hand side of your company
(if you only need to adjust the access of users to your Loaded account please skip to step 7 of this article) -
Click on Invite new user

Fill in the name and the email address of the person and click Send invite

The new user will be sent an email with a link to click to accept the invite. They have seven days to click the link before the invite expires. At this point, their pending invite will disappear from the manage users page. Simply send them a new invite if you would still like them to become a user.

Once the user clicks the link in the invite they have been sent, they will be prompted to enter all of their details, and once submitted they will have access to your company.
- You will most likely want different users to be able to access different things within Loaded, to see what permissions give access to which functionality in Loaded please view our user permissions article.
- If you need to remove a user, just click the red X button at the right end of the row:
