  • You need Manager's permission to adjust company settings. If you can't invite users, ask someone with Manager's permission to update your user permissions.

  • If you have multiple Loaded companies, you need to adjust settings for each company separately.

  1. Click on the person icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen and click account

  2. Click on company settings on the right-hand side of your company

Report Settings

This section sets your day & week start day and time for all reports, time clocks & rostered shifts.

The default 24-hour period runs from 7 am to 7 am so any late-night trade is included on the correct day. If you'd like your 24-hour period to start earlier or later than this, adjust the Day Starting time & click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.

The default week starts on Monday, adjust this if you'd like & click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Location Settings

This section allows you to choose the timezone & default tax rate for your company. Select your desired country and timezone & click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Time Settings

This section allows you to make changes to default settings that affect your timeclock & wage reporting in Loaded.

If you have selected the POS as your clock-in method you will need to tick the Include POS Clock-ins box. If you're using the Loaded timeclock app, make sure this isn't ticked.

You can also adjust your time clock entries to be automatically rounded by the minute, every 5 minutes, or every 15 minutes, using the drop down selector.

Finally, you can tick the Time Permission Allows Pay Summary Information box if you'd like your users with the Timeclock permission to see wage cost totals in your Wage - Roster vs Actual & Wage - Food vs Beverage reports (keep in mind these users still won't have access to individual pay rate information).

After making any changes here, make sure you click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Sales Taxes Settings

This section allows you to create custom tax rates if the default tax rate (15% for NZ and 10% for AU) or 0% exempt rate don't cover all your bases.

Click on the Use Custom Tax Rates box then click on the grey Add button to create additional tax rates

Once you're finished, click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.
